KNOWLEDGE KEEPERS

Support

Meeting and developing reciprocal relationships is important for First Nation and Inuit. Do not hesitate to contact the FNEC if you wish to invite a respected elder or a knowledge keeper to your class or to organize a school exchange between schools. The FNEC will be able to guide you to the right resources and give you instructions to carry out the exchange or to make the person invited feel comfortable and welcomed in your school.

NOTICE

The Knowledge Keepers section of the Voices from the Land portal is currently undergoing a temporary pause as we work to enhance the experience it offers.

Our goal is to create a more inclusive, engaging, and user-friendly space where the wisdom and stories shared by Knowledge Keepers can be explored with greater ease and enjoyment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of improvement, and we look forward to welcoming you back to a renewed and enriched experience soon.
